Hey! My name is Jamie Garrett, and I am the owner/CEO of Balanced Bookkeeping Services. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi, and I am certified in Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Online accounting software. I have 7 years of experience in bookkeeping for small businesses in the construction industry, and I am excited to expand my portfolio to include other industries as well. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we are raising our daughter in our rural hometown in north Mississippi.
 
BBS was born out of my determination to put my most important role in life at the top of my priority list – motherhood. When our daughter came along, I knew that the 9-5 grind was no longer for me. I believe with all of my being that motherhood is my greatest calling and deserves most of my attention, but I also still want to contribute to our family’s income. I decided to take this leap of faith and put my knowledge and skills to work for others in hopes of gaining greater work/life BALANCE. The people in this photo are my "why."
